Signs of Maturity
In this teaching, we explored what spiritual maturity looks like. Using Ephesians 4:11-13, we saw that God’s goal isn’t just that we come to faith, but that we grow up into the fullness of Christ. Just like we celebrate milestones in children’s lives — first steps, first words — there are clear signs of growth in our spiritual lives too. Sometimes we can be long-time Christians but still spiritually immature, stuck with a three-year-old mindset!
In every season, God wants to move us forward, shaping us to become more like Jesus.
