Basic and ongoing pastoral care takes place in our Connect Groups between leader and members, and between members themselves: prayer support, talking through difficulties, advice, etc. At LGCC we also seek to nurture an environment of friendship and connection so that people look out for each other pastorally.  In addition, there are a number of regular welfare checks that are in place for church members, co-ordinated centrally through the Pastoral Care Team. 

 

There can be times when certain situations become difficult or overwhelming and members may need to access some of the more formal avenues of pastoral care within LGCC. These avenues include the Pastoral Surgery, visitations requests, or appointments with members of the Pastoral Care Team.
