Youth Library Application

To receive a Library Card, please fill in the details below and submit the form.  Then, you will need to pay a one-off sign-up fee of £1.50 to a Youth Leader.  Once both of these actions have been completed, you will initially receive a temporary card as a member of the ‘Bronze Tier’.  (We work with a tiered system.)  You will then be rewarded with more privileges the longer you hold your card and as you successfully borrow books or resources from the Library.  Please read the Library Policy for more information.
