MiniZone

Minizone

MiniZone is our Sunday morning group for children aged from 3-5 years. The MiniZone session consists of elements of free play, song, craft, story time and prayer. These sessions are designed to introduce the children to the foundations of the Christian faith and to help them begin to explore who God is.

When does MiniZone take place?

Approx. 40 minutes into the Sunday morning service there will be a presentation on the big screens showing the ‘wiggly worms’ graphics; this is a prompt to the children that it is time for their groups to begin.

Where does MiniZone take place?

Please follow the signs in the Concourse area that will direct you downstairs to the MiniZone room where you can sign them in and leave them with our dedicated team of MiniZone leaders. We also have our own toilet facilities.

How long does MiniZone run for?

MiniZone will run from the time of the ‘Wiggly Worms’ presentation on the big screens until the end of the service – usually approx. 45 minutes – 1 hour. Please collect your child promptly at the end of the service.

What happens in the MiniZone session?

MiniZone sessions begin with ‘free play’ with a wide selection of age-appropriate toys for the children to choose, a role play area and often a craft activity option. Each session will also include an element of story, song or sharing-time, followed by a short prayer. During the session the children will also be offered a drink and a snack.
