The LGCC Leadership School

 
Activ8Me: A 10 week course (consisting of 2 x 45 minute sessions each week) designed to train up and equip would-be CONNECT Group leaders. The course consists of six main components of training:
 
1)     LGCC: mission, vision & strategy
2)     doctrine
3)     character and spiritual development
4)     group leading and communication skills
5)     leadership theory
6)     Intro to CONNECT@LGCC
 
Active8Me courses take place twice a year. Students who successfully complete the course and open up a CONNECT GROUP will be given a certificate during a presentation at one of our Sunday morning services.
 
Advanced: Existing CONNECT Group leaders will also benefit from ad hoc advanced training events at The LGCC Leadership School.
