Host Team

This ministry is all about making people feel welcome and cared for at our Sunday services and other events. This is one of the most significant ministries of the church as being a first face of LGCC.

Volunteers needed to:

Welcome people in the car park
Greet at the door
Host within the auditorium to help seat people
Steward during the service
Serve tea and coffee after the service
Prepare and clear away from communion
Serve and set up ES Café

Skills required:

You need to be able to smile, to be friendly to people and to be reliable when you are on the rota. Training given where needed.

Time:

Every other week for Sunday services as well as special events
